    Our dental insurance provider is Delta Dental.

    As part of your employment, you are eligible to enroll in a comprehensive dental insurance plan through Delta Dental. This coverage is designed to help you maintain optimal oral health while managing costs.

    Coverage Levels

    Your dental plan typically covers services in three categories:

    Preventive Care (100% coverage)

    • Routine cleanings (twice per year)
    • Oral exams and X-rays
    • Fluoride treatments
    • Sealants for children

    Basic Services (80% coverage after deductible)

    • Fillings and restorations
    • Simple extractions
    • Root canals
    • Periodontal treatment

    Major Services (50% coverage after deductible)

    • Crowns and bridges
    • Dentures and partials
    • Oral surgery
    • Implants (if covered)

    Network Benefits

    To maximize your benefits and minimize out-of-pocket costs, we recommend using in-network dental providers. Out-of-network services may result in higher costs and balance billing.

    Annual Information

    • Annual Maximum: $1,500 per person
    • Deductible: $50 individual / $150 family
    • Waiting Periods: None for preventive care; 6 months for basic services; 12 months for major services
